Hebert's Repairs & Services LLC collects the information needed to run repair orders, communicate with customers, send estimates and invoices, process payments, and operate the shop management system.

We use this information to provide repair services, contact customers about active jobs, send estimate approval links, send payment or invoice links, keep business records, prevent abuse, and improve shop operations.

Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to run the business system. These may include Square and Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS/MMS messaging, SendGrid for email delivery, Cloudinary for image uploads, Anthropic for receipt reading and automation features, and Railway/Postgres for hosting and database storage. These providers receive only the information needed to provide their services to us.

SMS Messaging

Mobile Information Sharing

We do not sell mobile information. We do not share mobile information, text message opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep repair, invoice, payment, and communication records as needed for business, tax, warranty, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Customers may request correction or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained when required for accounting, tax, payment, dispute, or legal reasons.
