Overview

This page describes the text message (SMS/MMS) program operated by Hebert's Repairs & Services LLC and how individuals consent (opt in) to receive messages. All messages are transactional. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we never sell or share mobile information with third parties.

Message Types

Customer service notifications: a customer receives a link to review and approve a repair estimate, plus updates about their repair order.
Internal expense logging: the business owner and authorized employees text a photo of a business receipt to our company number, and our system replies asking them to confirm the expense.

How Customers Opt In

A customer opts in by providing their mobile phone number and agreeing to receive repair-related texts in person at our shop, on a service work order, or by checking the SMS consent box on the website service request form. The customer may reply STOP at any time to opt out.

How Staff Opt In (Internal Tool)

The business owner and authorized employees are explicitly configured in our system as authorized users of the internal expense tool. By being configured and using the tool, they consent to send and receive these operational messages. The tool only accepts messages from these pre-authorized phone numbers.

Reply the owner receives from the internal expense tool (after texting in a receipt photo):

Looks like a Fuel & Vehicle expense — Shell $42.10 on 2026-06-03. Reply YES to log it, NO to cancel, or reply with a different category.

Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (337) 418-1322. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies; messages are sent only in connection with an active repair order or an internal expense submission.
